Hebron Lacrosse Association (HLA) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt/public charity, non-profit , community based lacrosse club sports organization servicing Hebron, The Colony, Lewisville, Carrollton and West Plano.  HLA provides lacrosse teams, coaching, and athletic training for boys in Kindergarten through High School and is governed by a 100% volunteer board.

HLA strives to develop each player to their utmost potential both on and off the field.  HLA is dedicated to fostering and promoting a safe, disciplined, respectful, team-oriented program where players can learn the fundamentals of lacrosse, develop skills to be competitive in the game, and build the essential characteristics of good sportsmanship and strong character.

HLA is made up of players from the following schools within the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD):

Elementary Schools:  

  • Hicks, Homestead, Indian Creek, Coyote Ridge, Hebron Valley, Polser, Castle Hills, Independence, BB Owens, Morningside, Peters Colony, Stewart Creek, Camey, Ethridge     

Middle Schools:

  • Arbor Creek, Creek Valley, Killian, Griffin, Lakeview

High School:

  • Hebron High School, The Colony High School, Lewisville High School

Additionally, HLA is part of the US Lacrosse organization and play its league games under DFW Lacrosse Association (DFWL) and the Texas High School Lacrosse League (THSLL). 

HLA participates in both fall and spring seasons.  The fall season runs September through mid-November.  During fall, team practices and games focus on learning the fundamentals of lacrosse, skill develop and developing strong lacrosse acumen with games typically on weekends.  The spring season runs mid-January through the end of April.  Spring is when competitive play starts as division games count toward DFWL and THSL playoff eligibility.  Spring games are also typically on weekends but include a few weeknight games.  During both seasons, players practice two to four times a week after school depending on age.         

HLA is dedicated to our players, our families, our community and promoting the sport of lacrosse in North Texas.
